About SoBe Surf Report
What is this site?
We're enthusiasts about the water, surfing, and beach life at SoBe Surf, and we're constantly checking beach cams, weather reports, and surf data. We thought it would be great to have a lot of the places we check together in one convenient place, and then thought, "Why not share this with all our friends, too?" So, that's how the site came about. We hope you enjoy it and find it useful. If there's anything out of line (e.g. broken links), feel free to contact us. Thanks for dropping by and we look forward to maybe seeing you out on the water!
Advertising
Some advertising can be helpful and informative, but too much advertising becomes a visual distraction and a nuisance. So, we keep it simple. All advertisements on the site are personally selected by us and represent products and brands that we use, have used, would like to use, would recommend to our friends, or are actually made and sold by people we know. If you see advertising on our pages that looks interesting, know that we probably think it's cool, too, and would definitely check it out. You'll be supporting some companies that we'd like to give our business to, also!

We've collected public webcams from several locations along the coast to include on the report. Camera locations include (from south to north):

This is the nearest weather station to the breaks at Miami South Beach. It updates every hour and we often check it multiple times a day.
Our surf school, surfboard rental, and surf tour business. We teach both adults and children, beginner to expert, and are the local stand-up paddle surf experts. No other surf school in Florida has the experience and involvement that we do in South Beach.
